Blockwise provides a preliminary, indicative property feasibility information service for residential properties in New South Wales, Australia. During the private beta, our team manually reviews publicly available planning data and provides a written summary of initial findings. The service is currently provided free of charge to a limited number of beta participants.
Blockwise is not a licensed town planner, architect, surveyor, engineer, solicitor, financial adviser, or certifier. We are an information technology platform providing general property data aggregation and analysis.
2. Nature of Information — Not Professional Advice
All information, reports, assessments, scores, indicators, and findings provided by Blockwise ("Information") are for general informational and guidance purposes only. The Information does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as:

• Easements, rights of way, covenants, or title restrictions not captured in our data sources
• Sewer, stormwater, water, electricity, gas, or telecommunications asset locations
• Site access, topography, soil conditions, or geotechnical factors
• Building setbacks, height limits, floor space ratio, or lot coverage controls
• Council interpretation of development controls or relevant planning instruments
• Complying Development Certificate (CDC) or Development Application (DA) requirements
• Changes to legislation, regulations, or planning policies at federal, state, or local level
• Errors or omissions in our source data
Blockwise does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that any property is eligible for any type of development, that any approval will be granted, that any construction is buildable, or that any financial outcome will be achieved.
4. Verification Obligation
